CenLA Tech Medic ("we," "us," "our") is a subsidiary of Dykes Ventures LLC, headquartered in Alexandria, Louisiana. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services

We provide phone repair, computer repair, data recovery, network setup, certified data destruction, e-waste recycling, and on-site tech support in Central Louisiana. Specific services, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Device Repair & Liability

• You must provide accurate information about your device and its condition before service begins.
• While we take every precaution, some devices may have pre-existing damage or conditions that make full repair impossible. We are not liable for data loss or device failure that occurs during the repair process when due to pre-existing conditions.
• We are not responsible for data left on devices. You are strongly encouraged to back up your data before bringing in any device. We are not liable for loss of data, apps, contacts, photos, or other content stored on your device.
• Devices not picked up within 30 days of service completion may be considered abandoned and may be recycled or disposed of at our discretion.

Data Recovery

Data recovery services are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee successful recovery of any data. Recovered data is returned to you or securely destroyed at your direction. We are not liable for inability to recover data.

Certified Data Destruction

Once data destruction is performed, the process is irreversible. We are not liable for any data that is destroyed per your request. A Certificate of Destruction is provided as documentation of the service.

E-Waste Recycling

Once you surrender devices for recycling, ownership transfers to CenLA Tech Medic. We are not liable for any data remaining on surrendered devices. You are responsible for backing up or wiping devices before recycling them.

Pricing & Payment

We use flat-rate pricing. Quotes are provided before service begins. Payment is due upon service completion unless other arrangements are made. We accept cash, card, and digital payment methods.

Warranty

Repairs carry a limited warranty on parts and labor. The warranty period and coverage vary by service and will be communicated at the time of repair. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, software issues, or damage caused by unauthorized repairs after our service.

Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, disrupt the site, or misuse our content.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, and tools — is the property of CenLA Tech Medic or Dykes Ventures LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CenLA Tech Medic and Dykes Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Termination

We may refuse service to anyone at any time, with or without cause.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Louisiana.
